Collected from village households across the Pithoragarh hills, from hives worked at altitude among wild Himalayan flowering. Raw means exactly that: strained to take out loose wax and nothing else. Not heated, not pasteurised, not pressure-filtered. A piece of the comb goes into every bottle.
